both of your lines have too many holes.....maybe next week could be the shocker o' year....

while, most likely not.....that had to have been tough to watch as a fan....hate I had to bet against yaz at the half.....hell, I bet against us last week....

Our CB, #11 sucks giant donkey balls. But our secondary doesn't know how to turn their head around to find the ball...and Chase Litton got his arrogant ass planted several times....I'm glad... We have been an arrogant team. Maybe now we will wake up..

Chris Rippon must have been running our defense...still can't stop a quick slant....

One thing I like to remember is what coaches are so fond of saying...

"every game is different"

Why else would Georgia State get wacked by AFA but come within a whisker of beating Wisconsin today.

Wisconsin walloped Akron and Akron turns around and wallops Marshall.

NMSU got handled by UTEP but turned around and beat UNM and is tied with Kentucky, at Kentucky, at the half. I know Kentucky is not good but most thought NMSU couldn't hang with them.

And on and on we go. Any given Saturday.

It was a terrible loss, but Marshall certainly isn't in the bottom half of C-USA. It is a long season, and things can change fast from week to week.

Your D quit on your coaches, teammates, and fans - that would be a concern.

By both the players and the coaches, that was the worst performance I have ever seen in our stadium. I sat there with absolutely no clue what we were trying to accomplish defensively. Basically Akron said, okay, we are going to throw every play and win half the battles against your outside man coverage, and they won more than that. Our corners couldn't hold up their end and we never gave them any safety help. It was puzzling and frustrating.

Not just our defense, but so did the offense. Starting QB of all people quit.

Losing is one thing, getting your brains beat in is one thing.....flat out quitting is another thing.

As a season ticket holder and BG member, I am NOT happy right now. I'm not happy because of the lack of heart.

I don't know if our D quit so much as just got too many 3 and outs on O and they were worn out. They got penetration early on and made some stops and the offense put them right back on the field. Akron was better in every facet of the game. Tough to watch with hopes that high.

Well.............after this week we can all sing kumbaya on the suckage issue. We certainly didn't win the "MAC/C-USA Challenge" this year.

According to Rice Coach David Bailiff, that'd be another successful season! "All (your) goals are intact!"

Cusa is the worst league in the country, and probably worse than top fcs leagues. We are all pretty bad.

That being said, i left the game when Doc punted from near midfield, down 20 woth 12 minutes left in the 4th and no sign of stopping their offense.

Also wanted to leave when the dickhead kicked a field goal that did nothing for us, instead of going for it.

We may not sell out louisville now, many fans became extremely agitated at this lack of effort, lack of coaching, and just plain bad display of football.

I had 2 different buddies i had coming next week text me and say they aren't spending $40 bucks to see a terrible game and i don't blame them at all. If i didn't have aeason tickets, not sure i would buy one next week.

Our defense had a long rest in the 2nd quarter.

Fumble return for a TD, then turned around and blocked a punt they returned for a TD.

Defense was resting the whole time.

Sorry, but they quit. I watched specific players.

#10 for us is the worst LB I have ever seen put on a Marshall uniform.
