The NCAA blew the Penn St penalties when they rescinded many of them and then new ones came to light. It will be interesting as the NCAA is pushing back against UNC and the phony class scandal. They recently said they were not happy with how UNC was handling their part of the investigation. The clock is on the NCAA as much as on Baylor. Of course many Baylor fans will still want a selfie with Art.
