SEC not sure about Belk Bowl

This stuff has gone off the deep end, all because a state decided to label bathrooms. I hope the SEC is not so politically correct.
It really is just stupid. There have been transgendered folks running around for years. Where do you think these folks have been going to restroom all these decades before people suddenly geeked out over it. I can tell you I've never seen a man in a dress in a men's restroom.....so, I'm pretty sure they have been going to the restroom they identified with the whole time---we just were blissfully unaware.
If you actually study HB2 you would know that its far more than just bathrooms. That part of it isn't even believed to be enforceable. There are other parts of HB2 that takes away people rights to sue for discrimination, for example. Bathrooms are being used to draw attention away from the rest of it.

That's going to be less enforceable than the bathroom part.

I'm waiting to see how the NC Republicans plan to fund the cost of having birth certificate examiners at all the public restrooms in the state. I have this mental image of a big scary looking guy standing behind a rope line like a bouncer at a popular night club. If you forget to bring your birth certificate, will you have to slip the guy a twenty so you can pee?

You don't have to look at birth certificates. In most cases, it's pretty obvious.
The practical purpose of the law is to allow security/police to remove a creeper who tries to get off the hook by claiming to be transgendered. It removes that "get out of jail free" card for someone who has the intent of violating a woman's privacy/person but hasn't done so yet.
Of course, the actual purpose has nothing to do with the practical application of the law. But that's another story.

As was already suggested, B'ham would do well.
Birmingham.
That is not going to happen.

Any bowl in Birmingham is embarrassing to the whole state.
