FSU fan, but making claim Lville is best offense in nation (simply b/c they beatdown a flawed FSU team and had good stats against two bad teams). this is one of the comments that I was responding to.

Maybe...Maybe Not Overrated...but I live in the here and now and the fact is the Media...Coaches and Computers have Louisville Top 4...it is what it is..both schools take care of business will see you in Death Valley on 1 October 2016 @ 8pm on ABC...

This is just amusing at this point. Somehow it's morphed into 1) All of Louisville's players, and the team as a whole, are at the same level as last year and 2) All Louisville fans think they are going to steamroll Clemson.

Both couldn't be further from the truth. The O, the D, and Special Teams appear to be improved from last season. That said, the Cards still have two very difficult Top 10 road games, along with plenty of other teams that could knock them off on a given day. I'm not sure where Vegas is getting this notion that Louisville fans think they are destined to destroy everyone without a doubt.

i never said it was all Lville fans. one person on this thread specifically said Lville is going to cream Clemson. i quoted this comment and others above. I'm responding to what people say on this thread, not every Lville fan.

when i say Lville might be overrated, i'm not saying that they are overrated. i'm saying there is a possibility. i gave specific reasons for it and they may not be compelling reasons for other people. nothing i have said is controversial or anti-Louisville in general. people say Clemson is overrated every year, and even before the title game last year.

if Lville beats Clemson at Clemson this year, even by 1 point, i will have no doubt they are a good team.

i'm more worried about G tech on the road than Lville at home, because Clemson hasn't won at G Tech since 2003.

Fair enough...this Louisville fan only worried about Marshall...myself one day at a time...one game at a time

Good news for the Cards, S Chucky Williams, who hurt his shoulder during the FSU game, has returned to practice & should play Saturday.
