Women's basketball 2017
New women's coach Todd Starkey has four impressive verbal commitments for his first recruiting class.

The players are from Georgia, California, Nevada and Michigan and include a center, forward and two guards. They've all announced their commitments on Twitter.

One of the guards is the sister of assistant coach Morgan Toles. Morgan started at point guard for both Auburn and Florida State. The incoming guard averaged 14 points and 4 assists last season at Georgia high school.

The Michigan center is a 6-3 all-state shot putter who was honorable mention all state in basketball as a sophomore. She averaged 15 points and 10 rebounds despite missing a portion of last season with injuries.

The California forward is only 5-foot-11 but averaged 17 points, 13 rebounds and 7 steals as a junior.

The Nevada guard averaged 8 points a game on the No. 3 team in the state last season and made 23 of 36 three-point shots.

Coaches can't comment on recruits until they sign a letter of intent in November.
