We do have killer moonshine. I have 2 gallons of white lightening right now.

I mix it myself to make apple pie or whatever else we want.

A lot cheaper to buy it straight and mix it yourself.
They've started selling apple pie "moonshine" at liquor stores regularly throughout most of the midwest. I'm sure it is a very poor imitation of the real stuff, but I'd be lying if i said i wasn't curious to try it.

Dont waste your time on that junk.

My in-laws from Indiana brought some of that one time. It's not moonshine and its definitely not apple pie moonshine.

Buy some legit moonshine and then mix it however you want. That's the best way to go imo. Even better, I help my uncle make it sometimes and end up getting a gallon for free 04-cheers

What grains are used to make the shine? I assume it follows a bourbon style recipe that's predominantly corn with some rye and barley?

I make mine with rice.

Not really, just getting us back "on topic" 03-wink

Maybe the worst prediction so far. They take the 2 schools farthest apart, and both FB only, especially UConn with no BB? Yeah, makes perfect sense. 01-wingedeagle

Right now, the B12 looks stupid, but nobody is THAT stupid, lol.

The goal of B12 expansion was to get more money from their media partners. Adding football only schools, ANY football only schools, does not allow them to do that.

That's a point. The pro rata clause is not for football only members. They would have to negotiate with ESPN/Fox for the amount to be paid for that. The leverage would all be on the part of ESPN/Fox like CBS had with the SEC when they added Missouri and A&M. CBS told them we'll give you zero $s for adding schools and that's what they did.

CBS didn't add any SEC game inventory. They had one SEC game of the week and kept it that way.

FOX and ESPN would add P5 game inventory with a Big 12 expansion and have a contractual pro rata price increase clause. I don't think any of us have seen the contract such that we could make any definitive statement on whether or how football only members might affect the pro rata price increase.

I actually think this is what is going to happen.

Originally, I thought it would be BYU and Cincinnati for all sports.

Now I think it will be BYU and Connecticut for Football with UConn moving other sports to the Big East.

http://www.espn.com/college-sports/story...c-espn-fox

"The package will run through the 2024-25 school year. ABC/ESPN and Fox will share the league's football inventory, while ABC/ESPN will be the exclusive provider for Big 12 men's basketball."

While none of us have seen the contract, a pro rata would apply to the whole inventory and the Big 12 would not be providing basketball for those new members with a football only.

That is correct. Most of it is made from Corn.

We even make it from honey sometimes, but I don't like that near as well.

I also don't drink it straight anymore. A lot of people prefer it straight, but I'd rather mix it and enjoy sipping on it all day long.
