As many as we need to handle troublemakers.

Considering the lack of trouble on this board, two or three active mods is probably enough. Also, Bleeds and HMM have additional Moderator responsibilities and capabilities (see how they are in orange, but I am in blue) that are rarely needed but good to have. GTS and a few others are red which makes them like a great and powerful Oz.

The mods from other teams are a combination of A) at the beginning there where not a lot of trusted users so GTS needed some already established posters to lend stability, and B) having a mod with no skin in the game can help smooth over inter-board rivalries and personalities.

What about Whiskey Dic%?

Stay Cool has been added to mod by a landslide I consider acclimation. Given that you now have two very active mods and two lesser active but still active mods, and nobody else got even close to the landslide support Stay Cool had, I think this should do.
