I'll take it. Beats the 12pm option. I have two soccer games to coach that morning. That leaves me plenty of time to get down for a little tailgating before the game.

I hate seeing a second FCS game on the schedule but I consider it our charity act each season for Miami fans. They deserve to see a quality football team at least once on the field.

The Big 12 may force us to give up one FCS game. I think we should keep FCS Miami as long as it is played at Nippert.

So that means we should hear the time for the South Florida game in the next seven days? PLEASE be a noon start.

should be next monday, thinking it will be an Afternoon due to FC Cincinnati game next day, if they make the playoffs

Oktoberfest weekend in my town. Am expecting a few dozen people to come two hours north to our house after the game Saturday. Won't happen if it is a prime time game.

Purdue's game vs Nevada was originally scheduled for 3:30 earlier today, then it got moved to Noon to make room for the Bearcats

A 3:30 game at Purdue would be risky since they have no lights.

Sunset is about 7:30. If it is a cloudy day or raining, it could be very dark if the game goes to the 4 hour length of most college games.

It's called college football in the fall. Sometimes one can accomplish two events in one weekend. I know it sounds crazy, but it can happen.

Yep they have to bring in portable lights, if they ever get another night game.
They are the kings of nooner kick offs. Last night game I remember at Ross Ade was against Notre Dame years ago.

I'm absolutely shocked that this will be televised nationally...they do know this is Miami (OH) and not Miami (FL) right?

How is the MAC looking this year? Haven't been keeping track with all of our stuff going on up here in the TRAC.

How is the MAC looking this year? Haven't been keeping track with all of our stuff going on up here in the TRAC.

Coldwater lost almost everyone last year. Looks like they will still win state again in D5. Marion Local lost to Coldwater but is still the class of D6. Everything else is still up for grabs.
