Biden would win
...and likely take the Senate with him.

And it's not too late.

So You think He might just pull an Evan Bayh ? He tossed in His hat only after Baron Hill saw He couldn't beat Todd Young and bailed out in Indiana. BTW His candidacy is currently in questioning. Like Hillary The dems will Stonewall.

I agree with this sentiment. Trump needs the Rust Belt. Biden would be a big road black on Trump's path to 270.

If Hill withdraws, the DNC "picks" her replacement.

They have to be very careful in how they handle it. If Hillary isn't a willing accomplice it doesn't go down. People don't trust her to tell the truth. Just bad all round.

Maximum chaos would be if she died right at election day. Since Obama is really an anarchist, I think that is the plan.

I am of that thought too. No way they do it if Clinton will put up a fight. She legally won the candidacy. I would think you would have to prove she is deathly ill in order to take it away from her involuntarily.

RE: Biden would win
I was of the opinion a sock puppet beats Trump. Heck I was rooting for Trump because I thought it would be a landslide. NEVER in a thousand years did I contemplate this. Remember how Trump ALWAYS did better in open primaries. I gauran damn tee you other people had the same ideas I had. Trump would brag about how many D's he could get crossing over for him. I think a lot of them were Machiavellian.

Ohhhh my goodness my head hurts. That stumbling into the van...... what a horrible image. I'm flabbergasted. Hoodwinked. Bamboozled.

No way in hell Trump gets this...... It's impossible. I can't even imagine it.

One thing is for certain. She needs to come out when she's rested and look like a million bucks. Damage has been done though. I will be the first to admit it. It's like a perfect storm. This cuts at her credibility. If she had pneumonia why didn't she come out with it? If she comes out with it.... she's not healthy..... she's not fit..... It cuts both ways.

CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY

He could not even get on the ballot in many states at this late date.

Kaine is the obvious replacement candidate, since he's already on the ballot in all 50 states.

As a substitute I think he could. Early voting starts soon though. You don't want ballots going out with Clinton's name on them because once you vote, you dont get a do over if the candidate changes.

Depends on the state. Some states ballot window has already closed and no other candidates can be added.

you gotta think they would make an exception due to the extreme circumstances and the importance of legitimacy.

either way, she has come this far, she is not going to quit willingly. her worth is based on her ability to peddle influence. quitting the election would render her useless, something she will not willingly allow.

Now You know the Democrats said Voter intent is what counted back in the 2000 recounts in Florida. If left blank it had to be a Gore vote if other Democrats names were punched. Also the Nursing Home that had many Bush votes Just couldn't have happened. So The Democrats would claim any Hillary votes anywhere would be a Kaine vote. Ask Em ! That's how They roll 01-wingedeagle

Very true. State ballot law changes would probably require successful law suits. No time for State reps to amend laws. Does a Gov have the power to do it with an executive order, IDK.

I dont know either. it probably varies by state, but I wouldn't think so. You don't want one person, outside of the judicial branch, having the ability to make drastic rules about an election.
