We are all for that. You first.
As long as Doss keeps his b!tching in this thread (unlike his inability to keep his politics where it should be), I'm fine.

I have never attacked slick Willy for bimbo Dickin as his fallback choice is Secretary Pantsuit.

It's a wonderful day in the neighborhood
A wonderful day to say you could
Could you would you
Won't you be my neighbor
Doss, resort to drugs, please.
Was that a direct attack on Doss?????
Sure sounds like a personal attack on our resident club\suite ticket holder.
Is this a violation of the AUP? Should Eastside be banned? If not, does this give members license to levy personal attacks? Mods, please provide guidance...
That was a very obvious, blatant personal attack and therefore a violation of the AUP and Eastside should be banned or at least put in warning/timeout. And lets face it, its not like it is the first time the guy has done it, right?
His mod privileges should be suspended and he shouldn't have access to communicate or have access to information privy to moderators during that period.
However as you point out he is a mod and therefore you not only have to prove he committed the personal attack but that he INTENDED to commit the offense.
Trust me, I am sympathetic - no one should be above the AUP. As far as the actual rules go the "Intentionality" part is a complete fabrication - it isn't even relevant. The guy should completely be held to the same rules and AUP standards.
And you just KNOW the guy is going to do it again, the next time there is a joke to be made. Its like he has some sort of sick, evil comic impulse, like he can't even control himself.
If being a mod gives license to wantonly break rules that others would be harshly punished for, IMO that really just shows the intolerable level of power corruption inherent in our system.

Leoirellim: I'm not from Cincinnati, so I don't know what your Eastside comment means. I just love college football and love the Bearcats FB and BB programs. I went to Washburn Univ. in Topeka, Ks. A Div.11 basketball power house and they have a decent football program. UC season ticket holder for both sports.

Yes, It would understandably hard to understand that comment without a fixed point of reference.
Kind of like describing a sunrise to a blind man.
Or describing gelato without reference to ice cream.
