Marquee G5 win
what grinds my gears is our inability to achieve a win against a non-MAC G5 team. For all the talk we make about being ready for "the next level" we just can seem to beat the programs that are up and coming like ourselves.

sure we've had a handful of P5 wins (and even some "moral" victories) we can't pull off the win against the MWC, CUSA and AAC teams (except Fresno State).

and that really chaps my *ss.

RE: Marquee G5 win
Great point. Not counting yesterday, we've seemed to play down to our competition or up to the competition. This goes back a while too. Remember almost losing to Idaho, UNLV, or Army on the road when we should have rolled them. Teams like BC, Utah State, Kansas that we should have beaten were losses. I'm way past moral victories and have been for years. As far as playing up it seems to have changed now with whooping from Boise State, and USF. One exception was the OSU game. That game was within reach but we let it slip away.
