I know Frazier is a hot up and coming AD, but does the Carey hire make him an albatross for Frazier to be able to move to the next level?

I haven't really kept tabs on other Frazier hires but it seems like the inability to produce a winning hire would be a costly mistake for Frazier's future prospects.

If he gets our stadium improvements funded he's golden in my book.

No. Carey was coach before STF was hired.

Frazier is not going to be wanted by anyone if he is know as the AD that let the program deteriorate from where it was. NIU is a bad season away from being an after thought.

Frazier doesn't have a big hire on his resume. Kinda important.

Yes but the question that impacts us fans is will Carey be an albatross for NIU football.
