The AP Pollsters (like some AP Reporters) have their own subjective agenda. Just like AP reporters concentrate on 20-30 most controversial contacts ever made by Hillary Clinton (while Sec. of State) and ignore the 17,000 appropriate contacts benefitting the country. BYU isn't G5 though, are they? They're not in a P5 conference, but they're also not in a G5 conference. They've chosen, like Notre Dame, to remain independent even though they've been courted by P5 before.
