And North Texas lost to SMU. No way a Texas team was going to avoid a loss there.

It will be the all time best championship game if the final two are Texas and Alabama.
Overated notre dame loses to an average texas team.

Bama would obliterate Texas.

Bama looks like they would obliterate everyone. But they won't. They will lose at least one regular season game.

Most likely to Ole Miss. Because tradition.

That was one of my favorite games I've ever watched where I didn't really care who won. Amazing.

Definitely not. It's football and where else was he going to hit him? How do you expect him to stop his momentum after running 35 yards across the field?

Game should have ended 37-37. No reason to resort to footballs version of penalty kicks. Might as well just flip a coin. Good game ruined by needing to crown a "winner."

Scooch, the correct thing to do would be not purposefully target the receiver above the neck, as he did.

For example, he could've easily hit him in the torso with his shoulder, instead of the cheap shot.

Should've been ejected and suspended for the next game too. Have to get that s___ out of football!
