UL already taking steps
Seems their home loss has already lead to action.

Letting your LB coach take over as DC worked out well for us last year.

I actually saw a wheel and tire come off a tuck on I-75 in the north bound lane near Perry Ga. It hit the median and must have bounced 100 feet into the air before hitting a car in the south bound lane.

100 feet is pretty high. Had to have been going around 200 mph with a steep grade median and a ton of torque once he hit said ramp.

I'm hoping that Jennings does more. A good offense will take pressure off of the defense. It seems like it was a team loss and the bits I saw of the game. What would concern me at this point is that Hud hasn't shown he can win with his own recruits.

I remember how excited the Cajuns were to have hired Smith, despite his defensive track record at Auburn having been not the greatest. Sometimes hiring the former Major Conference guy can bite you.

They needed a change though. Boise scoring 35 is one thing, but Boise scoring 35 on you in a single half is another thing entirely.

The first couple times I saw it I was really confused because all I had seen was something flying the air. I had to watch it several times to figure out what was going on. Hysterical.

Or maintenance. If you don't properly change a tire, lug nuts come loose and the tire comes off. I feel that's more relevant.

Few know that you here is an actual torque value assigned to the tightening of lug nuts. Drag racers understand this.

I doubt that applied to the truck. Not much torque involved in cruising along obviously. Regardless, the maintanence is far more relevant to the similar situation in football rather than just bad luck. That's why you hear that the last play of a game is never the cause of a loss, there are 60-89 other plays.

I believe he was referring to the car in the oncoming lane that was hit by the tire. That was some sh\\+y luck.

Man, I had forgotten about Louisiana99 arguing about the semantics of the word "fired" with everyone. Thanks.
