The more I hear about people looking ahead to Houston the more convinced I become that we are going to tank this game. It's game #2, which this coaching staff routinely blows, and now it's a trap game...which this staff also blows.

Sweet baby Jesus I hope we win this game. But I just can't envision it in my mind. We skated by an FCS team at home, the score not telling the true tale.

Actually, not as bad as I thought considering one of his P5 losses is against Ohio State. If it were any other coach I would have some confidence for next Saturday. Our QB situation makes me uneasy as well. It could certainly be worse - traveling to LSU Tiger Stadium after their road loss at Wisky.

They look unprepared as hell every third road game regardless of opponent. Its bizarre.

Typically, yes. But for our team (under this staff) anything away from home more often than not merits a lack of focus, preparation and outright effort.

I think they hit the clubs the night before road games.

No disagreement but the bowl games seem to have an extra flavor of fun in the sun first and winning comes second. Regular season Tubs has certainly done better but not against P5 competition albeit a small sample size.
