It is a BTN broadcast. Hoping it is not BT refs. Delaney would be there with bonus checks for the refs.

RE: We are a 7 point favorite against Purdue
I'm just hoping we somehow win this game. Purdue beat Eastern Ky 45-24, by starting out 21-0. So after that, it was 24-24. Two QBs played for EKU that you guys might remember - Bennie Coney 13/23 158 1/0 and Maty Mauk 2/7 18 0/2. Purdue ran for 261 yards (6.7 avg.) while EKU ran for 176 (3.7 avg.). Passing was the pretty much the same on both sides 251/5.7 for PU and 222/6.0 for EKU. This game was about turnovers. I think whoever wins the turnover battle wins this game. Moore/Green better take care of the ball.

Jerry Palm (the RPI guy) is a big Purdue fan and he noted on twitter that the game was actually much more evenly played than the score indicated. Purdue has actually improved substantially from when UC whipped the floor with them a few years ago, but even with that improvement has been pretty bad (just worst 5 or so P5 bad not low quality G5 bad). This will be a good test for UC on where they are. They need to be better than Purdue to compete in this league this year.

I realized Coney was there, but did not realize Mauk was with EKU as well. Crazy.

We are now only a 6 point favorite. Vegas is losing confidence and FAST....

RE: We are a 7 point favorite against Purdue
There seems to be a chance Tshumbi Johnson will return for the Purdue game. A little experience and talent returning could help this weekend.

In no way am I implying this will affect the line, I don't follow that stuff anyway. Just saying it's a small positive in our favor if he does play saturday.

Wow, I thought he was going to miss the first month at least.
