Alabama - just an observation
Sitting here watching their game. Quite honestly, I'm just stunned in the difference between the size, speed, and strength of their players relative to every other team I've watched today. Also, their guys just look older for some reason. Plus they have the attitude and aggression of caged animals, not guys who attend college classes from Monday through Friday.

I understand that they get the cream of the crop out of High schools, but still.

They really do look older. The guy from last year A'shawn Robinson looked like a 40 year old man. They recruit differently.

The irony is that USC looked exactly the same when Pete Carroll was there.

Carroll's USC teams are probably the closest thing to Saban's Bama teams I've seen in the ~20 years I've been watching college football seriously.

I'm actually excited about next week. The game is a no lose for WKU. Get to see where our QB really is and just fun to see if you can make a game of it. USC sure as **** isn't.

Saban doesn't typically rub it in against G5 teams and Western is good enough to take advantage, but Bama definitely shouldn't be remotely challenged.

That is certainly a team full of grown-ass men. Been like that for almost 10 years now. Reloaded.

I don't think our game with them will "really show" how good or bad White is. Alabama is just a different beast.

Seriously, I'm not too keen on your fan base, (bunch of braggarts) but if you beat Alabama you can brag all you want and I won't utter a peep. I hate the Cabal and anyone that beats them I'm a fan of, for that week.

I hope Alabama has stomach flu and you upset them, because that's what it's gonna take. That school can get anyone they want because if they're being recruited to them it's an honor. With us peons, not even close.

So Go (what's your mascot again, oh well) Go WKU!

Whatever made you conclude Alabama Players "...attend classes from Monday through Friday." 03-lmfao They are the Champs of the SEC. And that aint the Ivy League. Think it stands for Seldom in Every Class.
