Still kind of slightly shocked
I had predicted a win for us on our forums and felt really good about this game, but it's still pretty surreal to see it come to fruition.

I knew he was going to miss the FG or we would block, or something.

I know its not a ranked SEC team but its still huge for us. Go jags

Sometimes it's good to be lucky, but you had to be in position to take advantage of the luck. Good job guys, looking forward to the game next week.

I remember Joejag telling us that no SBC team had a chance to beat an SEC team this year.

Who cares if Miss State wasn't ranked? You just beat one of the better SEC teams for the past 5-6 years. Plus you recruit the same players. That's nice bragging rights to have when recruiting.

Great job jags. That was a great win for your program.

That's a great point about helping with recruiting. I remember when USA blew a chance to win in Tennessee a couple of years ago and CJJ said he had tons of voicemails waiting for him from recruits when he got back home to his office. Perhaps this win will be even more of a boost in that category.

Edited to point out the fact those recruits were the guys who beat MSU today 04-rock

That first P5 scalp feels really good. Coming from the SEC only makes it that much better.
Congrats again. USA fans must be on cloud nine tonight

Cusa and the sbc were two missed field goals away from being 4-0 against the sec opening weekend. 2-2 still not bad though

I have been lucky enough to have been at ULM's wins over Alabama, Arkansas, and Mississipi St. It is a high you want come down from for at least a week. Enjoy it my friend and congrats!

Really good win. As I said before, the myth of the SEC is a fraud. It's Alabama and a bunch of mediocre teams.

Auburn looks like they have one hell of a defense, but their offense will keep them from having a great season, if UNC is even close to as good as they werr last year that was a solid win for Georgia and the best QB in the conference plays tomorrow(though I expect FSU to win).

Mizzou, Vandy, Miss State, Vandy looked like ****, the rest of the league looked flat and uninspired at best.
