That was a very entertaining game to say the least - why was the stadium basically empty in the 4th quarter stretch run and the 3 OT's??....that looked so weird on TV given how exciting the finish was.

The home side was still full, the far side is the students section. For them football games are that thing that happens before the marching band show.

The students leave after half time because the game is so damn long these days with all the plays under review.
This also should have been a night game in September with the heat.

Miami is back to selling beer at Yager. Whether or not that'll significantly increase our numbers remains to be seen, especially if we're playing the likes of EIU. But I figure at a college like Miami, we'll get a decent bump from students at least initially as long as we keep prices from being ridiculous.
