Interested to see if Norvell's history of few offensive penalties continues

2015 – 12 (39.42)
2014 – 4 (32.38)

But I believe the stats are relative to FCS/FBS. For example:

SEMO ranked 4th in net punting with 39.2 yards.

Memphis ranked 28th in net punting with 39.3 yards.
