The Southern Poverty Lawcenter is a notorious flushing of funds of dubious merit. If you think you should be able to vote to peacefully secede -- the SPLC considers you a domestic terrorist group. Also -- for an alleged non-profit that helps itself generously to government grants, it's interesting how many of their top staff make over $100,000/year. Which is doubly eye popping as a salary in Alabama.

Other than a redundant name, what is wrong with the Conservative Republicans of Texas? Per Twitter, this is their mission statement,

They are listed as "anti-LGBT", but if a stance on traditional marriage and being against homosexuality being required by law to be taught to/pushed onto children is considered "hate", that's a joke.

That map is inaccurate because it doesn't list Black Lives Matter in any city.

Morris Deas spent basically his entire family wealth so he and his family could live under death threats. So he could fight the Klan and others aligned with the Klan. He, and Mark Potok, are saints.

If someone advocates TREASON so they can create a White, Christian, Straight nation...then yes, that person is going to be labelled an extremist. I'd also call that person a traitor. And a racist. And a homophobe.

The anti-LGBT groups pretty much have to demonize LGBT persons and/or advocate criminalization. Tony Perkins qualifies (also note that Perkins paid David Duke tens of thousands for his mailing list). So does the AFA.

These people will label anyone opposed to their policies a hate group. Against gay marriage-automatically a hate group.

White Lives Matter is known for carrying "14 words" signs and lightning bolts. They are without a doubt a hate group.

Don't know anything at all about white lives matters, never heard of them, but you can advocate for the preservation of your race and not be a hate group. Two completely different things.

I have no problem with a black man wanting his daughter to marry a black man, I have a problem when it's because he thinks all white people are the Devil. Same for any other race.
