Program envy: Northern Illinois where Wyoming wants to be
A lot of praise from Wyoming's coach, Craig Bohl, mentioned throughout this article:

I watched that press conference. Classy guy, said a lot of nice things about the NIU program. Now time to put the wood to the Cowboys.

Yeah, that was a good watch. Really respect that coach. Cowboys sound like a big athletic group, but the gap in an established program like NIU and a building program seemed pretty clear. Players have to develop over the years and earn their spot on the field rather than playing young out of necessity and potential.

Ok I will say Im starting to get a tiny tiny bit spooked by the confidence emanated from the Cowboy fans and coaches. I have seen this before though where a team thinks they will be world beaters and does not come out that much better than the year before, time will tell.

Bohl only mentioned Golladay once, and called him Golloway. Pretty sure he'll pronounce it right at the post game presser. He's gonna hear the name all night from the PA announcer. NIU 38 Wyo 20.
