RE: Detroit News article
My take away is how Kulfan profiles KB as some coach hiring guru because she hired Blashill and Fleck, and not the 15 years of Culhane/Cubit/Checked out GD/Murray medocrity/bad baseball team.

RE: Detroit News article
"relatively inexperienced hockey coach named Jeff Blashill"

Relatively inexperienced? He won USHL with Indiana the year before. He wasn't 25 year old chopped liver. Culhane was younger when he was hired (I believe).

RE: Detroit News article
Quote:Sure, there are critics. Message boards scoff at the mottos, Fleck’s divorce, and his mantra (“rowing the boat”) — all the while wondering how long before Fleck rows to another coaching position at a larger school.

Critics? Really? Of Fleck? On Message boards? The Detroit News is one slick private eye.
