Let all the movies die again. Release them on DVD if you want a 3D release.

Should've stopped after 2. Should've stopped after 3. And 4. And 5, which I admittedly did not see but heard was a trainwreck.

Personally, I have a issue with the whole damn series' spin on time travel to avoid "Judgement Day" from the onset of the first movie.

Kyle Reese wasn't old enough in the first movie to be John Connors dad when they had the "future" flashbacks. Then, if he had to go back to LA to save Sarah, where was the "past" Kyle Reese?

***************

I liked the abilities of the new Terminator in T3, but the movie was way under budgeted to make it feel like a sequel to T2 in terms of production value.

Salvation wasn't a bad movie and I liked some of its story points.

5..hmmmm...well at least it addressed the multiple time line issues to some degree but....it sure did feel like a paycheck movie for Arnold instead of an inspired Terminator movie.

The last one was a confusing mess. And the events of the movie have zero effect on the timeline.

I don't think he was 'there' per se, it's just in that timeline he was John's father. With the whole theme of fate and all, I think even though having him as the father was different from the 'original' timeline without the Terminator and Kyle going back in time, her drastically different personality after the first movie and her genetics came through to create the John who saves humanity.

I liked the abilities of the new Terminator in T3, but the movie was way under budgeted to make it feel like a sequel to T2 in terms of production value.
Yeah, it did seem like they rushed it so it could get done before Arnold was in Sacramento. Problem was that T2 did such a great job closing the story line while being a great action film that T3 was unnecessary from the start, though it wasn't bad for what it was.

Salvation wasn't a bad movie and I liked some of its story points.
Could've been worse, but the thing about Salvation is that with Judgement Day finished, it was really unnecessary. Mostly was just a post-apocalyptic war film with sci-fi elements, nothing memorable.

T2 was the best of the series, and is on my list of the top 5 best action movies ever.

Now at T3 it started to get stale.

I did like the Sarah Conner Chronicles while it was on.

You can't fix the logic holes in the franchise that started with the first movie.
