I read somewhere that Trey has agreed to play in the Development League. Here different article that says he is headed to the D-League.

Battle for Pistons' third point guard could come down to the wire: The Detroit Pistons will have until Monday to set their 15-man roster for the start of the regular season. Training-camp invitees Nikola Jovanovic, waived earlier this week, and Trey Freeman will have likely cleared waivers by the end of the week and headed to the NBA Development League. -- MLive.c

TF wasn't drafted in the NBA D-League draft which was held last night. I'll be the first to admit that I didn't know they even had such a thing. Alex Hamilton(LT) was the #3 overall pick; TJ Price(WKU) was #17 overall. http://dleague.nba.com/news/2016-nba-d-l...aft-board/

I'm not sure where that leaves TF regardling the NBA right now.

He's already on Grand Rapids roster for NBDL. Can't get drafted when a team already owns your rights.
