The Trojans are a fading brand. There is no history with Ole Miss and F.S.U.. And Sooner fans see Houston for what they are, a G5 opener.

Texas and Notre Dame is deservedly where it is from brand vs brand power. The quality of football to be played is more or less irrelevant.

Wisconsin vs L.S.U. with an SEC school headed North is about right.

The Florida State/Ole Miss game is in Orlando on Monday night with an 8pm Eastern start time. I'm not saying that it depressed demand a lot, but my guess is that the game time and location figured into the lower priced ticket.

Here's an interesting one for week 3 Sept. 17th.
Miami Hurricanes at the Appalachian State Mountaineers Minimum $147.90

Games like this are probably why Appalachian state moved up to FBS. They never would have gotten a home game of this caliber in FCS.

Wisconsin-LSU has increased demand just because of the novelty of playing a CFB game at Lambeau Field.

I really look forward to the Ole Miss/FSU game. I think it has all the makings of the best game of the week.

The Alabama/USC game is at the biggest disadvantage, as it is the only game without either a home team or quasi-home team. It truly is a neutral site game. None of the others are.

Disagree. USC is still a top-10 blue blood and they always have value. One could have said the same thing about Alabama 10 years ago before Saban arrived.

USC always has talent, too, and Alabama will find that out. It will be like playing a top SEC opponent, Alabama won't have an overwhelming personnel advantage. Not necessarily lose, but USC is #20 in the country. Not chopped liver.

I expect a good game. Alabama 27, USC 19

It's playing that way down here. Word in Baton Rouge is that more than 20,000 LSU fans are heading up there for the novelty of playing at Lambeau.
