I just don't see at least in My neck of the woods much black support for Hillary even remotely close to what both Obama elections garnered .She is Not Bill and never will be.

I live a mile or so from that district. Never heard of the guy. And I follow local politics. Never seen the guy either. By the way, the current incumbent (a Hispanic Democrat in her first reelection race) is running unopposed for reelection.

There are a few African American Republicans. I actually know a couple of them. But somewhere below 5% is where I think it lands. A moderate Republican that doesn't appeal overtly to muscular white male Republicanism would probably do better. Trump ain't that candidate.
