Pj came out and took responsibility for his players actions. I have to think that was because he was catching heat for their conduct. He got ahead of it which was smart. Point well made is that they offer just about everyone so they can't possibly get to know each recruit.

Oh, please, how big of a rube are you? Every collegiate football program recruits "these kind of players", as you put it. No one knows how a kid will react when he gets off on his own on a college campus with no supervision.

Eh. Ya maybe if he wasn't so obsessed with the high ranking of some of these players he could have avoided this. However, these kids would have likely played somewhere. And they all deserve a chance until they don't. I would say only 35% avoidable. We've had a couple bad ones as well. Nothing that serious but Butler was into some heavy nonsense.
