In fairness, they had lost their home opener to Bethune Cookman two weeks prior, that will take the wind out of the sails of a lot of fanbases and with all due respect to FIU, they don't have an overabundance of wind in their sails to begin with.

Speaking from experience of losing to FCS schools in home openers, that is absolutely correct...
