His son plays for Sycamore so that's cool he's helping out while he has the opportunity. Most coaches never get to see there sons play much let alone help coach them. It's cool he has the chance to do that this year

I can understand him being proud of his son, but that is borderline helicopter parent.

Yeah. These coaches live crazy lives, they basically spend their careers having what none of us would consider healthy "work-life balance"

To be in a position to use what he has to help out with his son's team must feel pretty good.

And I've never encountered a teenager who wasn't willing to tell their parent to back off if they want space.

I hope he is working with the D.
