Does anyone have a conference performance list of G5 schools vs P5 (by year), since the American Conference was formed? Would be interesting to flag a) ranked P5 victories as well as b) Top Tier Bowl invites (particularly NY6). The data should clearly show the AAC is the best of the G5 and should warrant a better TV contract and Bowl Tie-in, especially when compared to B12.

Its not just that the AAC is the best G5. Many models have the AAC ahead of the B12. Last year the AAC was neck and neck with the ACC. And the AAC west is better than a chunk of P5 divisions.

Saw a model showing the AAC west ahead of all of the B12 & the SEC east.

Probably better than at least one of the ACC divisions too.

It should be close to either Pac division as well.

The conference is right there. We're not SEC or B10 level. But we're not far behind the rest.

The problem is that tv contracts aren't awarded on fairness or on competitiveness. It's about ratings. So the question is how do we compare with ratings?

Actually the AAC west is above all of the B12 as a conference div & also the SEC east........
