Incompetence And Mismanagement… What Happened To $6 Billion in Contracts?



Essentially everything Hillary was in charge of during her tenure as Secretary of State was broken, on fire or mismanaged. A government watchdog agency has filed a FOIA lawsuit to obtain records on the $6 billion dollars worth of questionable State Department contracts.

Quote:Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton may soon have to answer questions about an estimated $6 billion in contract mismanagement, fraud and incompetence that happened under her watch at the Department of State.

Non-profit government watchdog Cause of Action Institute (CofA) filed a Freedom of Information Act request Friday for records related to a March 2014 management alert issued by the department’s Inspector General (IG).

“The total value of the contracts the [IG] reviewed exceeded $6 billion,” the CofA’s FOIA request said. “Many of these cases arose during the tenure of Secretary Hillary Clinton.” Clinton was the country’s top diplomat from January 2009 to February 2013.

Among the examples cited by the IG were:

Modifications and task orders were awarded to a company owned by the spouse of the State Department official managing the $52 million contract. The contract’s file was missing documentation reflecting those modifications and task orders, an IG investigation uncovered.

A State Department contracting officer on a contract valued at $100 million falsified technical review information and provided the contractor with advance pricing information.

Forty-eight of the 82 files the IG reviewed related to $2.1 billion in contracts supporting the U.S. mission in Iraq lacked required documentation.

None of the files reviewed by the IG for eight contracts issued by the department’s Bureau of African Affairs and valued at $34.8 million contained required documentation.

The people who are going to vote for Hillary really don't care. No matter what comes out about Hillary in the next months, not one person who is already committed to vote for Hillary will change their votes.

But the undecideds are in play. I'd speculate that most don't want to vote for Trump but if enough sh!t hits the wall, some is bound to stick.

The wall is teflon slick because it doesn't get reported; therefore nothing will stick. The omission of news is probably the most egregious sin of our media. They will have 16 stories on Trump throwing babies out of a room (which he didn't) and zero stories on Hillary and her crimes and lies.

Things tend to disappear in the hands of the Great Clintini.

I am almost more offended by the fact that she is so utterly incompetent than I am with how much of a recidivist liar she is.

I never thought that someone would have the potential to be worse on the job than the current POTUS. What sucks for our nation if that happens is consecutive terms of sham Presidencies. Ever seen the movie, "The Lost Weekend?" A new one will need to be made called "The Lost Decade."

That, and avoiding criminal indictment, which is frankly pretty impressive, given her history.

Just more incompetence from her. She is the simply the worst.
