Answering is easy. The hard part is answering truthfully and without qualifiers.

She only has to respond in writing. Which means a team of legal experts probably with connections to the DOJ will respond in writing. It's all a show.

Judicial Watch said it will act quickly, signaling Clinton’s answers may arrive in the final weeks of the campaign.

Emmett Sullivan isnt a pushover. Much of what we know now about Clinton came to light through his courtroom. Dont be fooled by who appointed him, the state department and Clinton team wishes someone else was presiding over this suit.
