It's "baylor's fault' in regards to Baylor Football, not necessarily the university. The football players/coaches of a program ARE the program. Baylor football is full of thugs, rapists, and pigs. Therefore Baylor Football is a hot mess that needs nuked to clean it up. It's "Baylor football's fault" because "Baylor Football" is full of horrible individuals because Briles cared more about winning than have decent human beings. Its all on Baylor.

Player hasn't been suspended, he is still practicing with the team and now due to outside pressure, Grove said he woukd "discipline/,punish" Zamora but did not say how.

Even Michael Vick is embarrassed by Grove's comments and lack of action.
