And the best part is WKU isn't paying for it. The Medical Center is paying the full $22 million. WKU leases them the land for free for 99 years and medical center gives WKU access to the facility rent free for 99 years.

This is very much a win for WKU. Go TOPS!

I love not having to find funding for it. Med center isn't the best but I love the partnership they have with wku educationally and not athletically

That's one of the better looking practice facilities I've ever seen.

Thank you, Medical Center of BG. Another great partner with WKU. I was told awhile back this facility was to be built on the field by the Preston Center. But it looks like it's on the lot next to the new side of the stadium

Congratulations. Renderings look good. Getting a Doctorate a Doctorate Program for Physical Therapy doesn't hut the Hill Toppers' image either. Now, if You didn't have that UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY shadow hanging all over the deal; It would even be better.

Very nice-looking facility, Tops.

This is a HUGE deal for us here at WKU!!!


All the financial restraints(which have grown lately) did not stop this facility.

We barely have the space.We barely got the votes 6-4-1.Some were against it since it gives the Medical Center a lot of exclusives vs. other medical organizations in the area.

In the end it is a BIG WIN for WKU athletics!!

--football,baseball,track and field,soccer,softball will all benefit greatly

--Recruiting-WOW!!!
