I've seen the schedule for Duke. It's just games that were previously on ESPN3 -- soccer, field hockey, etc. Even the Duke-NC Central football game isn't on the new "network." That sort of game will be on the ACC network eventually but not yet.

That is correct - the stated plans do not include any live football (or basketball) games on ACC Network Extra. All other sports are fair game if not on one of the "big" ESPN channels.

There are more than 100 more games on the ACC Network than was on ESPN3 the previous year.

ESPN didn't just move the games over from ESPN3. There is more of it too.

Yes. Cyber-beverages on the house!

Good move to launch with ACC Olympic sports while an international Olympiad is the big story.

CORRECTION: ESPN has removed all of the ACC games which were formerly listed as "ESPN3 exclusives". Those games do not show up on the ACC Network Extra schedule - yet - but I suspect they will end up there. Stay tuned.

Still no word on broadcast team(s)* but I do have football games:

* I suspect that each school may have a hand in producing their own home games, possibly with ESPN personnel doing remote play-by-play.
