Question about new stadium in Birmingham
Been out of town and the announcement has already filled six pages so let me cut to the chase. Will this stadium belong to UAB or one owned by the city and just made available for UAB use among others?

It will be owned by the Birmingham Jefferson Civic Center Authority, with UAB being the primary tenant.
