RE: Aetna flips the bird to Obama and the justice department
Ok..so don't make any more arguments about competition and the private sector. Because the companies don't want to compete. They'll just merge, jack up rates, reduce coverage, and pay ever increasing bonuses to themselves.
Aetna made record profits last year.

But they lost their asses on the Obamacare exchanges. And when more and more of their insured's get bumped onto the exchanges, the more money they lose.

Yeah, that's the spirit. What we now need is for President Eight Iron to nationalize the industry. That'll show 'em.

Look, Aetna's problems was they were losing people and money before ObamaCare came into law. Doctors and hospitals across the country have rejected Aetna because of nonpayment. They are just spending this to blame Obamacare for their own failures of being too greedy for years, dumping people, refuse to pay medical bills and let the people get stuck with the bills and so forth. These insurance companies need to be reformed. They let a girl died in California because the insurance company refused to pay for her life saving treatment. That was why Obamacare came into being to stop insurance companies dropping people, or let people die.

Show me the case, and where it was specified in the policy that they were responsible for such treatment.

DavidSt sounds a lot like the Orlando (d) Representative Alan "Beat the **** our of your Wife" Grayson.
If you were wondering, that is not a compliment.
Businesses are in business to make money, and insurance companies are no different. But the solution is NOT giving more power to the government to run our medical system. It becomes more inefficient and politicized. And as a white male, all this means to me is that I pay more than my "fair share" to support those that pay less than their "fair share".

Even if that's true, that's more of a reason not to purchase insurance than a reason to force everyone to buy it.
If Libs think insurance is so terrible, why do they want everyone to have it?

Because as the SCOTUS proved , Obamacare is a Big Tax increase to feed Obama's Agendas. Nothing More ! The name "Obamacare" says it all

Yep. It is nothing more than another Liberal income redistribution program.

The ACA has been an unmitigated disaster. It is another in a long line of government interventions into the marketplace that have failed. I said years ago that if quality health care was going to be a top priority in the US that we have enough money to achieve it. We just need to stop pissing away money on foolish domestic programs, military interventions and wasted foreign aid and direct that money to Health Care. Instead...We came up with nothing more than another income redistribution program that has done very little to improve health care. In fact...for many of us? It is now worse. The higher deductibles are pushing people away from getting treatments because of the out of pocket expense.

Just a reminder that with record profits come record taxes into the treasury. You know all of those food stamp recipients? Do you know where the money for that comes from?

That cant be the case. He said they denied coverage for her LIFE SAVING treatment. A different transplant center said they wouldnt normally perform her type of transplant unless the 5 year survival rate was 50%. Her's was 65% over 6 months, which is likely the same or less survival rate WITHOUT the transplant.

That's a fact that Libturds can't grasp. They want everything nationalized just like in Venezuela, Cuba and elsewhere. Why do you think a commie like Sanders went so far this year.
Canada has nationalized health care. One time I was exiting an elevator with a Canadian and we started talking about our bum knees and he said he was hoping for a date to get operated on. He asked me when I would get that open date for surgery. Ludicrous.
