The only shakeup that would be effective for the Trump campaign would be to replace the candidate. All else is a waste of time.

I agree with that sentiment. Trump people are going to be voting for their guy no matter what. Clinton people are in general going to be voting for her because they don't like Trump. If they feel like Clinton doesn't need their support to beat Trump they will not turn out in mass.
