New UH Basketball Arena Renderings
Looks like we are going midlevel club on one side like Pitt's Pedersen Events Center.

Also a bunker club for the courtside seatholders.

Looks good, better than I expected. The layout of the seating is unique, and I like the look of the exterior and how it matches the development center.

Our "athletic complex" is already P5-worthy, but this will be a nice cherry on top when it's done. We'll finally be to a point where nothing is holding us back.

We actually have inflatables in the new seatbacks, just in case there's an empty seat.

I think Houston is doing what needs to be done to fill the place. The coaching and facilities will be in place right on time. It's a process.

That looks awesome! But... What's with the seating below the north concourse? Why doesn't it match the seating below the east concourse?

I'm sure he'll be texting everyone to get them to the games.

There's a club and logeboxes on that side. Middle of the seating bowl.

For visiting teams, sure it sucks. It makes a 4k crowd sound like a 15k crowd. In the event we're hosting KU or Texas and actually sell it out, it'll sound like Cameron Indoor.

This is a really dumb question, but.........the is Hofheinz remodeled?

I'm not being critical and there is absolutely nothing wrong with dressing up Hofheinz because it has such a rich history.

Yeah, we chose to renovate Hofheinz. I was on the side of demolishing and starting from scratch, but these renderings have changed my mind. I am pleasantly surprised.

Those renderings look great! Good decision by all.
