What exactly are we expecting? Is Riley the supposed starter or is there a chance that Brady Davis or David Moore could be the starter? And I am guessing we will see multiple QB's for game number one?

We will for sure see two or three QBs in the first game,

because of experience...I think Ferguson will be the starter.
I do think other Qbs will have the opportunity to get some game reps to see what they can do.

Riley will be our qb for the next 2 years

Should be an interesting experience to have multiple QB that get on the field in a game..

Not something that we have been used to for the last several years...

Stewart is a redshirt senior and is preparing for a career in coaching. If Riley gets hurt or needs relief, Brady will be the man. Moore looked pretty sharp in the scrimmage and will eventually compete with Brady for the top spot when Riley graduates or if there is an injury, God forbid.

All the guys appear to have the physical tools. We may have the most quality depth at this position ever.

If this answers your question Riley was hands off during the scrimmage the other qbs were both live.

My sources r telling me Riley is the man at this point, Davis pushing hard and may be starter for game one, that Dude can ZING IT

either way, we are going to have the best backup QB we've had in along time

and probably our best ever 3rd stringer

When Riley and Stewart wore red shirts, I assumed that they are 1-2 in the QB competition. The fact that Davis and Moore were 'live' said to me that the coaching staff was less worried about them getting injured, ergo they are 3-4 in the competition.

That is the way I see it. And, that is the way I would expect them to get their playing time.

Time will tell if I am correct, but I see it differently from some other posters.
