While I see this is a joke thread(judging from the youtubes posted), I honestly wonder what would each school throw out there to make their case?

What questions would the B12 ask of each candidate?

Honestly, if it is a video conference, what questions would the schools as of the B12?

In the pool of legitimate candidates, if I was going to ask a question to the B12, I would ask about the GoR and the future of the conference. The reason for that would be if I was in a certain class of candidates and some of the marquis teams leave at the end of that GoR do I feel good that schools would re up or would I be stuck with schools that might be on par or lesser than where I am currently at. Granted, a lot of the schools would be looking at the short term financial and exposure gain of that train of thought but I'd be remissed if I didn't think about Cincinnati, USF, and to some degree UConn in moving up to BE/BCS money then dropping down a level in the next iteration only to back up again and then back down again.

Depends on who is doing the asking, presidents or AD's.

But really anyone except BYU is a growth project, just a matter of how much growing has to be done.

So there will likely be questions regarding:
-Current debt service including size, age, and method of funding
-Future plans for facilities and funding mechanism
-Trend lines in attendance, season tickets, and donations (dedicated and non-dedicated)
-I would absolutely expect a school to answer how much of donations come from the top contributor, the top 5 and the top 10 to get a sense of how much of revenue is dependent on a small select group.
-I'd want to know if there are sports being added and timeline.
-Better be ready to detail the compliance procedures and show you are diligent in reporting secondary violations and fork over all major and secondary violation data the past 5 years.
- A competent looking plan for growth, everyone except Boise State, UConn, and New Mexico has an existing P5 in the state. I want to know how they are going to help build the Big XII brand vs ACC/B1G/P12/SEC in their state.
