I don't think Memphis has been a factor for a while. Just my opinion

The title to this thread should have been is anyone getting a B12 invite or not.

Three of those P5 schools listed as Carnegie level 2 are Baylor, TCU, and OKState, along with candidates BYU and Memphis.

Surprisingly, the only other P5s listed at level 2 are . . . . . . . . . . . . Wake Forest, Miss State, and believe it or not, Alabama and Auburn. Got a kick that UAB however is ranked as level 1 over those two, lol.

UAB is a large research institute. Ranked ahead of UC in that category.

If I remember correctly they have a top notch medical school.

On the WVU radio show tonight, they were talking 3 schools for 2 spots--BYU, Houston, and UC.

Notice that Memphis was not mentioned.

No... They are a source that is actually INVOLVED.

Memphis's only chance is if it is 14 and one of the first 3 is not BYU. If BYU is in then 14 will be CSU.
