Also, kudos to CNN for including Trump's 2007 quote saying the US should just "declare victory" and pull out of Iraq. We all remember Iraq in 2007, right?

No, just going in did not create ISIS. ISIS was created due to how the Bush Administration ran the war. That's the part you are leaving out.

Well Trump doesn't know that basic things like Russia just invaded and annexed part of ukraine and SCOTUS can't simply nullify a constitutional amendment. So why should we dismiss every dumb thing he says as sarcasm.
