Even worse --- no matter what the Bowl contracts are for this year (and the contracts definitely are not easy to keep track of, especially as regards the AAC!!!) --- ESPN winds up mixing and matching a few teams among the games they own anyway.

All that said: I'll take these Bowl projections. For Penn State: the last week of December in San Diego!!! Sure as hell beats Jacksonville.

The St Pete bowl is AAC vs. ACC this year. Southern Miss isn't eligible, unless they are a replacement team and he isn't indicating that they are a replacement team. Writers need to do research on bowl tie ins when making these.

Believe they are a replacement because he has it where the ACC doesn't fill the Quick Lane Bowl either and the Quick Lane would be filled before St Pete.

I really think Army makes a bowl game this year. The team was young (one of the youngest teams in the game last year) and they had 7 tough 8 points or less defeats.

I am feeling confident. Gotta love pre-season hope.

That would be an interesting matchup, or matchups rather.

Yes. Terrible effort. They didn't even look at the AAC's tie ins this year. It isn't that difficult to find out each conference's 2016 tie ins, and they didn't bother.
