You're asking me if I would struggle if I got mugged? Hell ******* no I would turn over anything he wanted. Not everyone is as smart as yours truly unfortunately.

Yeah, it was so botched that they didn't take anything from him.

in a firefight, yes. In a robbery... more than likely not. People freeze when they first hear the sound of a gun, if they are not used to it.

That's not what I asked, I asked you if someone was trying to kill you would you struggle or just go like a sheep to your death?

Apparently, you have a problem with reading comprehension. Remind me where you practice so I won't go to you for Lawyer work.

I would give them my wallet immediately. Except he still had his wallet on him. No witnesses.

The UN guy John Ashe dropped a barbell on his neck? Yeah right.

Lol a process server? What motive is there to kill a process server?

As for Rich, from your article:

"Two people were robbed at gunpoint within the hour before Rich was murdered, a little over a mile away."

Yea, and he had his wallet, cell phone and watch still on him. So, no. How many robbers run up and shoot someone in the back without trying to rob him?

He had bruises. That indicates there was a struggle and he wasn't "shot in the back."

no, that indicates that he was more than likely jumped. Now if he had skin particles under his fingernails, or if his knuckles were bloody, then yeah, that would definitely be an indication of a struggle. 07-coffee3

Sounds like it was a hit.

Too bad the loonies in DC do not allow concealed carry unless you can show "good reason". Looks like Seth had a good reason.

I think we are agreeing here. The robber wants to show the gun and get the money/valuables but something goes wrong and he ends up shooting the victim and freezes. His plan flies out the window. Instead of going through his pockets to take his valuables he then runs in a panic.

He was shot twice in the back at close range.

Yeah....not a robbery.

Well that's a ******* dumb question. I was giving you the benefit of the doubt. Why would I accept death, KNOWING he wanted to kill me? But your dumb question begs a smarter question: how would I know in the first place if this guy is trying to kill me as opposed to say just knocking me out so he can rob me? Because why would someone jump you with the intent to kill you for no reason?

If you're going down the path of, "He knew this guy wanted to kill him so of course he fought back", and we're presuming to know that the killer wanted to in fact just kill him, why wouldn't the killer just ******* shoot him in the back as has been suggested on here?

Never mind that this is 4:15 am in Washington DC. Never mind that two people were victims of armed robbery within the hour just a mile away. Never mind that, according to Washington, D.C. television station WUSA, a string of robberies had occurred in the area where Rich was killed, and police believe that spate of crime was likely connected with his death. It's a CONSPIRACY!

Shot in the back according to whom? Looked at the DC police release and that wasn't mentioned.

Lol at that above graphic. He was walking home from his girlfriend's place at 4:15 am. Pretty sure he wasn't on his way to an FBI interview. And a process server is not a lawyer. My god.

Yeah Max, A professional Hitman would very likely cover His tracks on a high profile Hit like this by making it Look like a robbery by actually robbing another victim along the way. It's called a Diversion. 01-wingedeagle
