Many more people were in attendance than I expected. The 2 back rooms were full and there were people in the front main room. They plan on doing this every year.

Could have used some pancakes or French toast otherwise the food was acceptable.

The FB leadership council was in attendance and coach talked about what that involves with the raised expectations and introduced each player.

SF speaking always gets me energized and this time was no different. He mentioned being talking to other schools AD and Presidents about what NIU is about.

Only bit of new news is the 2017 BC game will be on Friday Sept 1st. Also the 17 USF game was moved mutually and I kind of got the hint that there was a schedule announcement involving ESPN for that schedule spot USF held.

They will have a round trip bus for the game at Sox Park. $30 round trip but I have no idea if it's DeKalb only.

Regarding the Bus Trip for Toledo game. It makes a stop at NIU Naprrville campus. Info was part of Seaon Ticket pkg.

Ya if it leaves early enough that is totally worth it for me. All the people I am going to meet are already in the city.
