Nope.
They crossed that line when they actively entered political campaigns to put their religious belief into secular law and deny LGBT rights. It's one thing for their religion not to grant them to their own flock...it's quite another to run political ads that encourage society not to.

Plus, Big 12 is a private organization. They can make their own rules. If they want to enter the league, BYU can either conform or not...their choice. What you are asking is for the Big 12 to adhere to LDS religious beliefs.

Still, I think the honor code deterring rape reporting and creating a rape culture is a bigger issue for them.
