I'd say USF, Houston, and ECU

USF is like a sibling, I live in Texas and can drive to the Houston games, and ECU is just a fun and passionate fan base to be in a conference with.

Memphis and Cincinnati. The meltdown from their fans would be epic.

The good thing to me is the number of teams from AAC that are being mentioned as possible B12 additions.

While I understand why we all want our schools in B12 for the money and access to bowl games. I think that the AAC will continue to grow because there are enough schools with value that will continue to push and grow. As long as the league keeps improving its tv money and access to bowl games it will have a future.

Too many strong programs live here:

Houston, Cinci, UConn, USF, UCF, Temple, NAVY, ECU...

They can't take 'em all.

My answer: as many of these as possible. I honestly don't care who goes, just only take one.

Cinci UCF navy

All. I like this conference from top to bottom. If some teams leave I hope its Colorado State from the MWC and BYU from independence. If the Rams were selected maybe it would open up the door for Air Force to come East and Army to follow. Then the American Athletic continues to grow with all the academies / the best shot for staying as close to the top of college football as possible IMHO.

No matter who we lose it'll sting to some degree...........

I hope they take BYU and Houston. That will leave the AAC still very strong. Yes Houston is very good right now but that hasn't always been the case.

Losing UH, while a loss, is not a huge deal for the perception of the league.

Cincinnati and UCF...

USF, UCF, Temple, Cincy, UConn and Navy. I can honestly do without any of the geographically weatern schools.

UCF, Navy, UConn. This conference really doesn't get the respect it deserves.

Ya we'll lose a ton of credibility if UConn and Cinci go, but my interest will still be rooted in the conference that contains those teams.

If I had to pick a private school (so they're not left out) Tulane, though I like the competition from SMU and Tulsa. Come to think of it, all 4 of our conference title game appearances have been against Tulsa or SMU.

In basketball we lose credibility but in football we are are increasing our strength of schedule

Temple, Tulane, and Tulsa. Any team that starts with T is totally tops with me.

If we're still here, Memphis + UConn + Temple.

There is also a tier of teams I care about playing in football USF, UCF, ECU, Houston

We are on an island so as far as rivalries go, Memphis is as close as we have in this conference.
